Effective Date: June 2026 | Platform Governance Code for Advertisement Board
Welcome to AdBrd (Advertisement Board). This digital marketplace is owned and operated as an escrow-backed campaign matchmaking system. By accessing, browsing, registering, or transacting as a Social Media Content Creator (Influencer) or a Marketing Brand/Business Entity on this platform, you legally acknowledge, accept, and bind yourself under the regulatory purview of the following binding conditions:
Pursuant to the principles of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (Section 73 - Breach of Contract), all communication, commercial negotiation, and monetary settlements initiated between Brands and Creators discovered via the AdBrd network must be exclusively processed through our integrated platform architecture. Users are strictly prohibited from soliciting direct offline interactions, sharing external business coordinates (WhatsApp numbers, corporate emails, personal Instagram DMs) prior to escrow milestone assignments to intentionally bypass system parameters.
The Advertisement Board (AdBrd) operates as a secure intermediary holding service provider. To manage commercial data verification nodes, server scaling overheads, and financial security layer pipelines, a standard marketplace operational fee of flat 10% is assigned. All listed campaign deliverables, budgets, and milestones displayed on the creator's digital dashboard are automatically managed and structurally configured as net total processing configurations, representing the net payable balance after system escrow assignments under automated algorithmic settlement routines.
Under Section 43 and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act (IT Act), 2000, providing fraudulent digital data or falsifying metric representations on an interactive intermediary platform is a serious compliance infraction. Creators must present authentic channel insights. Any strategic usage of automated bots, inflated ghost follower injections, artificial click-rate modification, or spoofed screenshots will mandate instant profile liquidation, absolute forfeiture of any pending campaign balances, and report logging to cyber monitoring cells.
AdBrd holds zero liability over spontaneous creative content choices made by creators or product quality anomalies distributed by brands. Any judicial or operational dispute rising under the umbrella execution of Advertisement Board activities shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdictional bounds of the local courts governing the company administration.
